I recently mentioned in the LUNA Protein Bars review and giveaway that I have trouble staying nourished and that drinking water is easy. Ayala's Herbal Water makes drinking water EVEN easier! Not everyone can drink water. I've heard some of my 'fanatical' exercise friends tell me the taste is bland and boring.
