PRODUCT REVIEW
Cooking during the holiday's is something I enjoy. Call me crazy but the ability to cook a meal makes me feel good. The best part is all of the wonderful compliments, unless I really mess up something. =-)
Being new to Creme Brulee meant that this was going to be a journey for me. I consider myself to be a good cook, baker, chef, griller, and PB&J sandwich maker. My adventure in making Creme Brulee was very positive and successful. I've seen friends make it before and have even helped out.
With the help of Steven Raichlen, I turned into a Creme Brulee master! His Creme Brulee Grill Kit couldn't have made the process any easier. The instructions were so easy to follow and the end product was so delicious. I love dessert...it may just be my favorite meal of the day. Speaking of dessert, we also received Steve Raichlen's Dessert Barbecue Rub. The Dessert Barbecue Rub is made of turbinado sugar (large sugar crystals) with cinnamon, cloves, allspice, and vanilla. We used the rub for grilling pineapples. Talk about YUM!
After making creme brulee at home, I realize more folks need to learn about the Steven Raichlen Creme Brulee Grill Kit! It really is simple and fun...especially if you're doing it with a group of friends/family. Thanks to the great team at The Companion Group for allowing me and my family to review these two items!
