I received an email from them and it said to call 1-800-984-0918. They will ask you a few simple questions about what cat litter you currently use, and then they'll give you a Wide Slot Scoop, Feline Pine Air Freshener, 2 Mail-In Rebate for 2 Free Bags, 1 Mail-In Rebate for All Pet Pine for 1 Free Bag, and Pet Brush. I was able to get a rebate on what I even paid for my current cat litter...WOW!
