A valid email address is required to set up an account, activate the design tool, and submit a bag design, or otherwise participate in this contest. A valid Kroger shopper card or Rewards card is not required to participate in the contest but is required to receive a free standard Kroger reusable shopping bag. All participants who enter an active Kroger shopper card (excluding the Fred Meyer Rewards card) during the sign up process and successfully enter the contest will automatically receive one electronic coupon loaded to their Kroger shopper card. The coupon can be redeemed in a Kroger store for one standard Kroger reusable shopping bag (valued at $0.99). Limit one per household.
