BookSneeze Book Review: Mind Your Own Mortgage by Robert Bernabé

This is my first BookSneeze Review and I'm glad to say it was a great book! I always do my best to keep our family finances in order but as all you readers know...life isn't perfect. For instance, the 2007 housing market crash knocked everyone off of our pedastals and put us all back into reality. It stirred all the bad and the good up and we were able to see what was leftover. As Robert Bernabé so perfectly states, "During the good times, Economic circumstances can conceal the nasty truth about a mortgage."

I love the way the book is laid out. It starts off telling the reader all about mortgages and what they really are to us. Then, the book gets deeper and dives into understanding how to find the right mortgage for you. After this, it's all about managing the mortgage and then finally becoming free of it. This is our family goal and I'm sure it'll be a day to party when the mortgage is completely paid off in full. I will be passing this book on to my parents and hopefully it will help them reach their retirement goal quicker than they expect. Overall, it was a great read and a great opportunity to see what my family needs to do for our future. Thank you Robert Bernabé!
