(ENDED) Good Earth Dry Dinner Kit Review and Giveaway (Ends 6/30)

Last week, we found a package waiting for us on our front porch. Inside of the package was a Good Earth Mediterranean Chicken Dry Dinner Kit, 2 sets of bamboo flatware, 2 bamboo serving dishes, a bamboo utility board, and a 100% recyclable grocery tote. What a surprise...I love packages, I love surprises, but most of all, I love healthy, quick, and delicious tasting food!! The Good Earth Dry Dinner Kit was indeed all of the above! Good Earth dry dinner kits are perfect for whipping up a no-fail, five-star cuisine in less than 30 minutes.

Cooking the Dry Dinner Kit was a great experience for the family. Everyone pitched in and it really did take 30 minutes. I clocked it at a tad bit under 30, but I'll play it safe. =-) We used extra firm tofu instead of the chicken and goodness was it amazing. Using the extra firm tofu made it more tasty for everyone since we don't all like chicken.

I'd love to try out the other delectable meals coming to stores this June ( Spicy Citrus Glazed Shrimp with angel hair pasta, Herb Crusted Chicken with mushroom risotto and Tuscan Chicken with penne pasta)...guess I'll have to wait...but you don't have too!
