PRODUCT REVIEW

Baking cakes, cookies, brownies, and pies is a hobby of mine that I love to do throughout the year. I've tried my hand at making flowers, adding faces, or something fancy to them, but they never turn out right. It's a shame!

When Debra Mosely offered me the opportunity to review her new book, The Cake & Cookie Closet: All Dolled Up in Sugar, I couldn't say no. In fact, I said please...I need help! When I received the book, I wrote Debra and told her I was going to try to make something from her book so I could show off a sample to you all. Sadly, my digital camera isn't working...I think the battery is dead. If I get it fixed I'll add it. I ended up making one of her 'favorite recipes' from the back of the book - Supreme Brownies. I didn't feel like I was ready to venture into the realm of hats, pants, boots, or other accessories. I'm still a beginner but her book has taught me so much.
