Throwing parties during the summer months in Florida is something we're known for doing. We enjoy having our family and friends over for a nightly BBQ or even an indoor board game night. We love cooking together in the kitchen or grilling outside on the BBQ pit. If it involves food, we're usually there eating and enjoying it!
After receiving a sample pack of CoverMate stretch-to-fit food covers, we thought it'd go hand in hand with an outdoor party. We fired up the grill, put on the burgers and vegetables, cooked up some deviled eggs, and made some sun tea. 4 of our close friends came over and we had a blast. It's always fun reminiscing with friends and being able to sit back and enjoy a cool night (these are rare in Florida).
Once the party was over, we had to clean up the food. I'm always stuck doing this but for some reason, it went a whole lot quicker with the CoverMate food covers. All I did was leave the food in the plates they were served in and I stretched the covers over the food. Excellent!
We woke up the next day and said to ourselves that we were looking forward to lunch. Leftovers are best the next day and all we did was stick the covered dishes in the microwave and heated them up. It removed the need for Tupperware! Once we finished eating our lunch, I stuck the CoverMate food covers in the top-shelf of the dishwasher. I'm really loving these food covers!
