I recently came across Somersaults by Somersault Snack Co., the sunflower seed-based snack, when I was visiting family a few weeks ago. I stopped off at a Caribou Coffee store for an early morning cup of joe when I suddenly got a craving for something with substance. I saw a package of Chez Cocoa Somersaults and thought I'd give it a try. I'm a huge of sweet and salty snacks. Especially the ones that fill you up until the next meal. Why? All I can say is that it seems to be one of those passed down traits in my family. :-)

I've been doing my best to eat better these past few months and I believe I'm doing a great job! With Somersaults now added to my daily menu, I've been able to indulge in these amazingly delicious and healthy snacks without feeling empty after eating a serving (or two). With twice the protein and half the fat of a serving of almonds, these Somersaults will hold you over until dinner without any problems!

Somersaults are perfect for a before meal snack because they are made from all natural, pure ingredients. Also, the Somersaults bakery is a nut free facility. I'm not allergic to nuts but some of my family and friends are...it's nice to know they can enjoy these Somersaults too! At first taste of the four Somersaults flavors, we instantly fell in love with them all. They were each different but they all had an amazing sunflower taste. After tasting each of the four Somersaults flavors, we came to the difficult conclusion that the Chez Cocoa was our favorite one. We served up a glass of chocolate soy milk alongside the Chez Cocoa Somersaults and this definitely turned our snacking experience upside-down!
