Christmas is right around the corner...I can feel it in the air! I am getting more excited by the minute! I cannot wait to see what kind of candy will be in my stocking this year! I tested out the product a few days ago and cooked a huge amount of red beans and rice for our meals which we'll eat until turkey day arrives! I've been trying to cook meals in advance and this baby worked its magic! The red beans came out amazing and it was so easy to hand wash. I really loved the ability to cook the beans and strain them in the same pot. I don't like using multiple pots for these types of tasks.

Portion control is a word you don't hear very often. Every time my family dines out we bring home leftovers. I've heard more and more about restaurants that serve you the correct portion sizes but I've never dined at one yet. I can't imagine what the portion size of spaghetti would look like.
