My children have some learning disabilities which make reading difficult for them. Reading to them not only ensures quality time with them, but allows me to share wonderful stories with them!

Sounds so cool I loved that story as a child. bgary18ATsbcglobal.net

My favorite part about reading to my son is when he carries a book across the room and plops down into my lap with it. He's only just started walking so it cracks me up every time he toddles over unsteadily with a giant book in his hands!

I love sitting with my son on my lap and reading to him because its bonding time. He loves it even though he can't really understand yet (he's 5 months old) and I love it because I spend quiet time with him and I get to read the very same stories that my mom read to me a million or so years ago. It's honestly my favorite part of the day.

I love to see my children get so excited about the stories when I read to them. It especially warms my heart to see my oldest daughter read to my youngest son stories that we've read together. She can't read yet, but she "reads" the pics and remembers what I read to them. Thanks for the chance!
